01. What is SwayD Loyalty Program and why should I participate?

We value our customers at SwayD – therefore we decided to create a loyalty program to show our appreciation. You can earn points for purchases and other activities on and off the website, such as social shares, products reviews and more! The more you earn, the bigger rewards you get!

02. How can I earn points?

You can earn points by making a purchase or by completing other qualified activities.

03. How do I view my point balance?

Press a “Rewards” button on the left botton side of the page. You will instantly see how many redeemable points you have, available rewards and your redeemed coupons. You can also see this information at the top of this page.

04. I made a purchase, when should I expect my points to appear?

Points for the purchase will appear in your account 30 days after we have received your payment. After this period points will automatically appear in your point balance, you don’t have to do anything about it. However, if you are experiencing any issues or have questions for us, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@swaydco.com.

05. How long will my points be valid for?

Good news – SwayD loyalty points do not expire!

08. Can I combine my rewards with other offers?

Reward coupon codes may be combined with any other discounts, promotions or offers, except with other coupon codes. However, if you wish to apply several coupons please contact us at support@swaydco.com, we may be able to help you!

09. Why did my account balance go down?

You may have cancelled or returned a purchase.
